According to the Sansha Meteorological Observatory, a tropical depression formed on the morning of November 24th. It is expected to develop into this year's 27th typhoon and enter the southern South China Sea on the evening of November 25th. Affected by the combined influence of the depression and cold air, strong winds are forecast for most of the South China Sea from November 25th to the 28th.
