On November 16th, the three-day 18th Congress of the World Federation of Hainanese Associations concluded in Malaysia. On the same day, the Hainan Free Trade Port and ASEAN Investment Summit was held, during which 16 industrial and commercial enterprises and professional institutions from Hainan and Malaysia signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) to share the opportunities offered by the Free Trade Port.
