Recently, the Haikou Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone completed an innovative aircraft leasing transaction. A passenger aircraft currently in service with Urumqi Air was able to smoothly transfer its lessor from an overseas company to a Haikou-based enterprise—without interrupting its operations.
