Recently, a foreign trade vessel, carrying 26,000 tons of French barley, berthed and was unloaded at Hainan’s Yangpu Port. This marks the first direct import shipment of French barley to the Hainan Free Trade Port, and the official opening of a “direct trade channel” connecting Hainan with high-quality grain sources from Europe.
