According to the Hainan Meteorological Observatory, this year's 21st typhoon, "Matmo," intensified in the early hours of October 4th. It is expected to make landfall in Wenchang City, China’s Hainan Province, or brush past its coastal waters during the daytime on October 5th. Strong winds and heavy rainfall are anticipated in northern Hainan in the coming days.
