To facilitate the trial operation of the centralized inspection yard for the "second-line port" (freight) at Xinhai and South Ports in accordance with the work arrangements for the special customs operations of the Hainan Free Trade Port, starting at 9 a.m. on September 15th, the centralized inspection site will become the unified outbound channel for trucks leaving the island via the two Ports.
