On the morning of August 14th, Hainan informed the media about two regulations on the situation of Hainan’s port management service and "second-line port" customs clearance credit management regulations, which will take effect on December 18th, aiming to provide a legal basis for high-standard development, efficient customs clearance, and the high-level supervision of local ports.
