Recently, the Yangpu Holdings Energy Company completed a bonded fuel refueling operation for the international vessel PONPATTRA on the "Macun–Bangkok" route. It was the first bonded fuel refueling service in Hainan Province for an international vessel by a provincial state-owned enterprise.
