To optimize the business environment at ports and facilitate enterprises' access to customs declaration documents and data within the retention period, the General Administration of Customs of China has initiated a pilot program for self-service query and printing of customs declaration documents and electronic data starting August 1st, 2025. As a pioneer in reform, the Hainan Free Trade Port is the first to implement this policy.
